For almost 30 years, Guido van den Acker has been a noteworthy leader in emergency medical service. A paramedic, he also served as Captain for both the ambulance company and fire department in Holland. In 2006, he started his own ambulance company, AES, expanding to Belgium in 2016. Medical management at international events began for Guido in 2010, making it only a matter of time until he met WMI Global CEO Rick Bahr. With similar event management styles, the union of AES and WMI Global was a natural fit. Guido van den Acker’s expertise and commitment has provided Holland’s more than 850 events per year with safe and efficient emergency services.
