JeanSumugat graduated in 2017 from New Era University in Quezon City, Metro Manila, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management. She began her career as a Marketing Officer in a real estate company before transitioning to the financial sector, where she spent four years as a Client Service Associate at BDO Unibank, Inc. Following this, she pursued a career in public service as a Budget Officer at the Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority under the Department of Agriculture.

Currently, Ms. Sumugat is part of WMI Global Academy, where she supports the development and administration of the academy’s educational programs. Her responsibilities include assisting with course creation and editing, organizing and preparing training materials, and providing customer and student support. She also assists in maintaining effective communication with students and clients, helping ensure a smooth learning experience and supporting the academy’s continued growth and development.
